The facts are wrong we filed on Feburary 2 2009. It had nothing to do with lawsuits. This will come out at a latter date. We are changing our business model and filed chapter 11 to give us the time to make the changes. The whole country has changed how it is doing business. The unemployment has caused a loss in our business people loosimg their homes have efected our business. Ther are many factors that are causing us to change how we do business.
