Geyser Peak Winery — the last major brand in the Ascentia Wine Estates (AWE) portfolio — has been desperately shopping itself all summer and now faces bankruptcy if a buyer is not found immediately. This according to multiple major wine industry investors. However, AWE CEO Jim DeBonis told Wine Industry Insight that such talk was
