Wine Group Sues Diageo Over Wine-Based Tea

The Wine Group (TWG) of Ripon, Calif.,  has sued Diageo PLC in U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, alleging trademark infringement over Savannah Tea, a sweet, alcohol-spiked, iced-tea drink.
